Use of this site and its purchasing engine are regulated by our acceptable use policies. You may not reuse any content including, but not limited to the images, text content and programming code for any purpose. This site retains all copyrights not otherwise specified as trademarks of other products and companies.
All orders are verified with funding institutions. Any misuse of this site for the purpose of defrauding us is dealt with to the fullest extent of the law. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all information (Including your IP address) to the FBI, at http://www.ifccfbi.gov.
You have the right to use any products purchased in a safe manner. No company either manufacturing or supplying these products is responsible for misuse or use resulting in damage to property or any other consequence. Be Safe!
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. We make every effort to get you the items we list from multiple sources. Unfortunately sometimes there are shortages. In the event there is a back-ordered item, we may opt to cancel the order if we cannot accurately determine a restock date. You will be notified within 48 hours if there is a stock problem.
Return Policy
Only brand new items in pristine condition are shipped to you. In the event the product you received is not up to these quality standards we will make every effort to get you one that is, provided you contact us within 3 days of the receipt of the item and it is in its original condition.
All returns must be prearranged and the package must have a return authorization number clearly on the front of the package. We will refuse any customer mailed returns without RA numbers.
Loss or Damage Policy
All claims for damage must be filed within 10 days of receipt of the order. You must inspect your shipment right away and let us know if there is a problem.
We have no control over the transport companies, so lost shipments are possible. The determination of a lost shipment can take some time. In the event of a loss, everything humanly possible will be done to speed up the process to a resolution.
